Sports Terms and Conditions
- The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the BEEF Sports Platform. By placing a Bet on the Platform, the account holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions at all times and without exception.
- All disputes that are in any way connected with the use of the Platform must be submitted via email to [email protected]. The decision of the Platform’s appointed arbitrators shall be binding, and may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to amend Website content, betting limits, withdrawal limits, and offers.
- The BEEF Sports Platform may update, alter, edit, or add to these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All changes will be published on the Website in the Sports Terms and Conditions section.
- In the event of any conflict between the English version of these Rules and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
- Any reference herein to words or objects in the singular shall also apply to the plural, where applicable. Gendered terms are used solely for linguistic convenience and shall apply equally to all genders.
- BEEF Sports Platform – the licensed legal entity that operates the Platform and accepts Bets in accordance with applicable licensing and legislative requirements.
- Client – a natural person who has agreed to the Rules for acceptance of Bets and is registered on the BEEF Casino website.
- Line (Programme) – a list of events and their Outcomes, along with the Odds for winning offered by the BEEF Sports Platform for betting purposes.
- Stake – the sum of money that the Client chooses to bet on their forecast for the Outcome of any event or group of events in the Line. In the case of a loss, the Client forfeits the right to reclaim the Stake.
- Bet – a wager or agreement involving financial risk concluded between the Client and the BEEF Sports Platform, the Outcome of which depends on an event that may or may not occur.
- Outcome – the result of a game, sporting, socially significant, or any other event for which the BEEF Sports Platform offers Odds.
- Odds – the number by which the Client’s Stake is multiplied when determining the sum to be paid out. Odds may change over time; however, changes shall not affect previously placed Bets.
- Winnings – the amount paid to the Client if the Outcome on which they placed a Bet occurs.
- Bet Slip – the official electronic record of a placed Bet, stored on the server.
-
Whether an accepted Bet is winning or non-winning depends on the recorded occurrence of an event or group of events, taking into account the Outcome of the event. The Outcome is determined based on information provided by the official organiser(s) of the event.
If the result of an event that has already occurred is later annulled for any reason, this shall not be taken into account, and Bets will be settled based on the initial result, except in cases where the original published results of an event are changed within 24 hours of their initial publication.
The initial (actual) result shall be considered the result announced by the organiser(s) of the event immediately after its conclusion. If the official organiser and/or organisers of an event do not announce the result of the event or events within 72 hours, the BEEF Sports Platform may use other sources of information, and shall inform participants of the source and the result.
If the websites www.fifa.com and www.uefa.com display contradictory information, the version in PDF format shall be considered the definitive source. If none of the indicated sources provide the Outcome of an event, the organiser(s) shall determine the Outcome and specify the source of the information used.

- Bets are only accepted from persons who agree to the rules established by the BEEF Sports Platform. The placing of any Bet shall be considered unconditional acknowledgement that the Client is aware of these rules and fully accepts them.
- Bets are accepted before the event begins, except in the case of live Bets. Bets made after the actual start of an event, regardless of the reason, shall be voided and refunded. They are also excluded from Accumulator Bets and settled at Odds of 1 (one).
- Live Bets are Bets that are accepted during an event at the discretion of the BEEF Sports Platform. In such cases, Bets can only be accepted until the Outcome of the specific event has been determined. Bets placed after the Outcome has been determined shall be voided. Any information provided by the Platform while live Bets are being accepted (such as match score, time played, etc.) is for information purposes only and shall not be used to settle Bets or support any claims against the Platform.
-
The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to void and refund any Bet placed prior to the start of the event. In such cases, the Platform shall communicate this via updates to the Line or other official information sources.
Persons who participate in or have a direct connection to an event are prohibited from placing Bets on that event.
- The use of any type of scanner, bots, or automated systems on the BEEF Sports Platform is strictly prohibited. The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to cancel Bets placed using such systems and to take further action against the holders of the associated accounts.
- All voided Bets shall be refunded. If a voided Bet is part of an Accumulator Bet or System Bet, it shall be settled at Odds of 1 (one), meaning it will not affect the Outcome of other events in the Accumulator Bet or System Bet.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or adjust any Bet.
- All Bets are accepted based on the events listed in the published Line of Odds determined by the BEEF Sports Platform. Each event in the Line is marked with an individual number, and the latest date and time for acceptance of Bets on the event are also indicated. The date and time of the event shown in the Line are for informational purposes only. Incorrectly indicated dates do not constitute grounds for cancellation. Should an event take place earlier or later than originally announced, the result shall not be considered void. In such cases, Bets shall be considered valid if they are placed before the actual start of the event. Bets placed after the actual start shall be considered void (with the exception of live Bets). For the calculation of Bets, the start time of the event, as determined by information provided by the official organiser(s) of the event, shall be used.
- If an event that has not yet started is postponed for no more than 24 hours, Bets remain valid. If it is postponed for more than 24 hours, Bets shall be refunded unless otherwise stated. If, within 24 hours, it is confirmed that the event will be postponed for more than 24 hours, the final decision on whether Bets will remain valid or be refunded shall be made by the BEEF Sports Platform. If NBA, NHL, NFL, and MLB matches do not take place on the scheduled day, Stakes shall be refunded the following day, except in cases when the date was incorrectly indicated.
-
An event that has already begun may be interrupted for any reason, rendering it incomplete. An event is considered to have taken place if it is interrupted and not completed within 24 hours, provided that a minimum specified duration has been played (NBA – 40 mins, European basketball – 35 mins, American football – 50 mins). In such cases, the Outcome (final result) of the event shall be determined by the score at the time of interruption, except in tennis. In all other cases, the event shall be considered as not having taken place. This includes situations where the score is tied at the time of interruption in Sports where a draw is not possible (basketball, baseball, American football, NHL playoffs, etc.), and all Bets, including live Bets, shall be refunded.
If an event is interrupted and considered not to have taken place, any Outcomes that were conclusively determined prior to the interruption and do not depend on the final result (e.g. first team to score, a team not scoring, half-time score, etc.) shall be used to settle the corresponding Bets, including live Bets.
- When calculating Bets placed on statistics for a single playing day or round, if one or more matches in that round are considered not to have taken place, such Bets shall be settled at Odds of 1 (one), except for Bets whose Outcomes were definitively determined regardless of whether the matches were completed or not.
- Bets, including live Bets, shall be voided and refunded, regardless of whether they were winning or losing, in cases involving human error or software malfunctions. This includes, but is not limited to, obvious misprints in the Line, inconsistencies in Odds across different positions, or intentionally erroneous Odds that do not correspond with the displayed Outcomes.
- If a technical error occurs that does not affect the result of an event in any way, such Bets shall be settled at the original Odds.
- The BEEF Sports Platform shall not be liable for the precise accuracy of translations of player names, team names, and locations where events take place. In such cases, Bets shall be considered as valid.
- In cases where fraudulent activity, manipulation or falsification of Bet placements, or detection of illegal financial transactions by BEEF Sports personnel occurs, any winnings shall not be paid out, and the violators shall be permanently blocked from accessing the Website. The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds in the user’s account balance.
- If there is clear evidence of unsporting conduct or other violations of these rules, the BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to void a Bet.
- If international organisations raise suspicions of unsporting conduct in matches, including EWS-FIFA, Federbet and International Tennis Integrity Agency, among others, the BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to block the account of any Client who has placed a suspicious Bet until a final determination is made. The Platform also reserves the right to void such Bets if unsporting conduct is confirmed, in which case the Bets shall be settled at Odds of 1 (one). The Platform is not obliged to provide Clients with proof regarding the unsporting nature of an event.
- Users are solely responsible for all transactions made through their account. Clients should confirm Bets only after carefully checking for errors. Once a Bet has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. The BEEF Sports Platform shall not be liable for missing or duplicate Bets resulting from Client actions and will not accept requests to amend Bets on this basis. Clients may review their transactions in the Bet History section of the Website after each session to confirm that all Bets were accepted.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to refuse to accept Bets or declare already placed Bets void if they are placed from different user accounts but from the same IP address. In such cases, Bets shall be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
- Using another person’s account or registering an account in someone else’s name is strictly prohibited. The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to cancel Bets made by individuals who are not registered account holders.
-
Cash Out is a function that allows the Client to close their Bet for a sum offered by the BEEF Sports Platform, foregoing any potential losses or winnings that would accrue once the Outcome of the event is known.
The BEEF Sports Platform may offer a sum that is lower than, higher than, or equal to the potential winnings. The Platform may also choose not to offer this option.
If the Client agrees to the sum offered, they must confirm acceptance by clicking the corresponding button. They will receive the offered amount, and the Bet will be closed. If the Client does not use this function or declines the proposed amount, the Bet will remain valid until the end of the selected event.
The Cash Out function may be available after the Bet is placed and until the event concludes. The amount offered may change based on various factors, including: the value of the Bet, the event Odds, the Odds at the time the function is used, or any applicable discount determined at the sole discretion of the BEEF Sports Platform.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to accept or refuse any Bet on any sport, competition, market, or type of Bet included in the Cash Out function.
- The maximum possible winnings for one Bet shall not exceed 160 000 €.
- Bets are only accepted from Clients who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence.
- The minimum Stake for Single Bets, Accumulator Bets, and System Bets amounts is 1 €. The minimum Stake for any individual option within a System Bet is also 1 €.
- The maximum Stake shall be determined individually for each event by the BEEF Sports Platform and shall depend on the type of sport, event, and other relevant factors.
- The maximum Stake amount for all sporting events is established by the Platform and may be changed without prior notice. The BEEF Sports Platform also reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts.
- Simultaneous Bets, as well as Bets on the same Outcome by a group of persons (e.g. a syndicate or coordinated users) that are intended to circumvent maximum Stake or payout limits are not permitted. Users are also prohibited from placing repeated Bets on the same combination of Outcomes if the total potential winnings exceed the maximum limit. The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to declare such Bets void and to block the accounts of such users.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to suspend services such as Cash Out, Edit Bet, Accumulator of the Day, and similar services at any time, without prior notice or explanation, and in relation to any event.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to prevent certain users from participating in sporting tournaments without prior notice or explanation.
- Bets placed on statistical data are settled after 24 hours, while other types of Bets are settled after 72 hours. These timeframes allow for reviewing claims and responding to inquiries. Any claims or inquiries submitted after the applicable timeframe will be considered invalid. In cases of disputes not specifically covered by these rules or without precedent, the final decision rests with the BEEF Sports Platform.
- Single Bet – a one-time Bet on the predicted Outcome of a single event. Winnings are calculated by multiplying the Stake by the Odds assigned to that Outcome.
-
Accumulator Bet – a combined Bet placed on the predicted Outcomes of two or more independent events. To win, all selections must be correct. The total Odds for the accumulator Bet are calculated by multiplying the individual Odds of each included Outcome. Winnings are determined by multiplying the Stake by the combined Odds. An Accumulator Bet may include any combination of Outcomes for unrelated events across any sport.
The maximum number of events permitted in an Accumulator Bet is 30.
- System Bet – a set of multiple Accumulator Bets (parlays),
generated from a predetermined number of events. The Client selects both
the total number of events and the number of selections
in each Accumulator Bet within the System Bet. A System Bet allows
for partial winnings even if not all selections are correct.
The maximum number of events allowed in a System Bet is 16.
- Match Bet (Outcome) – a Bet on the predicted Outcome of a single match. In the Line, a home win may be marked as 1, a draw as X, and an away win as 2.
-
Double Chance – a Bet covering two possible Outcomes of a match:
1X – a win for the first team or a draw (i.e. the first team will not lose).
12 – a win for the first team or the second team (i.e. no draw).
X2 – a win for the second team or a draw (i.e. the second team will not lose). -
Handicap Bet – a Bet where a virtual advantage or disadvantage (Handicap) is applied to one of the teams or players before determining the Outcome. The Handicap is set by the BEEF Sports Platform and may be positive, negative, or zero.
If the adjusted result favours the selected team or player, the Bet is winning.
If the adjusted result favours the opposing team or player, the Bet is losing.
If the adjusted result is a draw, the Bet is settled at Odds of 1 (one) (refund).
-
Total Bet – A Bet on the total number of goals scored, points earned, games played, or any other countable metric by the players or teams. To win, the Client must correctly predict whether the actual value will be over or under the total specified in the Line.
For individual totals, only goals scored into the opponent’s net are counted.
If the result matches the total offered by the BEEF Sports Platform, the Bet is settled at Odds of 1 (one) (refund).
-
Bets on Asian Handicaps or Totals – a Bet on a win or a Total with a Handicap applied that is divisible by 0,25, but not by 0,5. Such a Bet is treated as two separate Bets, each placing half of the Stake at identical Odds, using the nearest values of standard Handicaps or standard Totals (i.e. whole numbers or divisible by 0,5).
If an Asian Handicap Bet is included in an Accumulator Bet or System Bet, the Bet is calculated using the Odds that would apply to it as a Single Bet.
If both halves of the Bet win, the full Odds (O) apply.
If one half wins and the other half is Stake Returned (SR), the Odds are calculated as (O+1)/2.
If one half loses and the other half is SR, the effective Odds are 0,5.
If both halves lose, the entire Bet is considered lost.
- Bets on Remaining Time in a Half/Period/Match – this type of Bet involves predicting the Outcome of the competition within a specific period of time, which starts from the moment the Bet is placed and ends at full time in the match (half, period, etc.). The current score at the time the Bet is placed is disregarded.
- If a match, in accordance with tournament format, ends in a draw or tie, and the Line did not offer this as a possible Outcome, then all Bets on a win in the match are settled at Odds of 1 (one) (refund). All other Bets shall be settled according to the actual Outcome.
- Betting on Football
-
Bets on football matches are accepted for the result at the end of regular time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform. Extra-time or penalty shootouts are not counted when settling Bets placed on the Outcome of the match.
Regular time is defined as 90 minutes of play, consisting of two halves of 45 minutes each. Extra time awarded by the referee is included within the corresponding half or within regular time.
If football match is scheduled in a non-standard format, this will be clearly indicated in the Line. In the event that the match format changes during play and the Line has marked the match as subject to such changes, all Bets will be settled based on the final Outcome.
If the Line does not indicate that a match is subject to format changes, all Bets will be settled at Odds of 1 (one), except for those Bets whose Outcomes were conclusively determined prior to the change and are unaffected by the altered format.
-
Bets on Which Team Will Kick Off the Match
The Outcome of this event is determined based on the TV channels and live streams listed in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform. If the Outcome cannot be clearly determined from these sources, the settlement of Bets will be based on the websites referenced in the information table.
If the Outcome remains unconfirmed by any of the above sources, all Bets on this market will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
-
Bets on Which Team’s Player Will Receive the First Caution in the Match (or Half), or That Both Teams Will Receive a Caution Simultaneously
If, according to the official match records, players from both teams are shown a caution (yellow card) in the same minute and in relation to the same match incident, but the BEEF Sports Platform Line does not offer the option “Both teams receive the first caution”, then all Bets placed on “The first team will receive the first caution” and that “The second team will receive the first caution” will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
-
Bets on Which Team Will Receive (or That Neither Team Will Receive) the Next Caution
If a player is sent off the pitch for receiving two cautions, only the first caution is counted for the purpose of caution-related Bets. The second caution, which results in a red card, is counted only as a dismissal.
For Bets on cautions and dismissals, only yellow and red cards issued to players actively participating on the pitch are counted. Cards issued to coaches, team staff, or players on the bench (including substitutes, or players who have been substituted out) are not included. Additionally, any cards shown after the final whistle are excluded from settlement calculations.
The official time of a caution or dismissal is defined as the moment when the referee displays the yellow or red card.
-
Bets on Whether a Specific Player Will Score (or Not Score) the First Goal of the Match
Own goals are not counted when settling Bets in this market. If the selected player does not appear on the pitch at any point during the match, the Bet will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
-
Bets on the Occurrence of a Brace, Hat-Trick, Poker, or Penta-Trick in the Match
These Bets apply to the following Outcomes, where a single player scores in the opposition’s goal during one match:
- A brace – exactly two goals in the opposition’s net during one match.
- A hat-trick – exactly three goals.
- A poker – exactly four goals.
- A penta-trick – exactly five goals.
These Outcomes are calculated independently. For example, if a player scores five goals in a match, only a penta-trick is considered fulfilled. That result does not imply the simultaneous occurrence of a poker, hat-trick, or brace. Similarly, a poker does not imply a hat-trick or brace, and a hat-trick does not imply a brace. The Outcome is determined by the match’s final result. If multiple Outcomes occur (e.g. two different players score a hat-trick and a brace), then Bets on both Outcomes are considered winning.
-
Bets on How a Certain Goal is Scored
- As an own goal – a goal scored by a player into their own team’s net.
- From a header – a goal scored when the ball is intentionally struck with the head and directly enters the opposition’s net.
- From a free kick – a goal scored directly from a free kick, without any other player touching the ball once it is in motion. This includes direct goals from corner kicks.
- From a penalty kick – a goal scored directly from the penalty spot without any intervening touches or continuation of play. The goal may deflect off the goalkeeper, post, or crossbar and still count as a penalty goal. However, if the ball rebounds into play and is scored by any player (including the kicker), the goal is not considered to be from a penalty kick.
- From play – a goal scored during continuous match play that is not classified as a header, an own goal, or scored directly from a free kick or penalty. This includes goals scored via foot, chest, or other legal body part during normal attacking phases.
-
Bets on Whether the Selected Team Will Record a Comeback Win
A comeback win occurs when a team wins the match despite having trailed at any point during the match, according to the official scoreline.
-
Bets on the Total Sum of Shirt Numbers of Goal Scorers – “Over/Under”
This Bet refers to whether the sum of the shirt numbers of all the goal scorers exceeds or falls below a specified total.
- The shirt numbers of players who score own goals are not counted.
- If a player scores multiple goals, their shirt number is only counted once towards the total.
-
Bets on the Number of Minutes Added at the End of Regular Time
These Bets refer to how many minutes the referee adds at the end of the match (full time). When settling these Bets, the following sources are considered, in order of priority:
- The number of minutes displayed on the light board by the assistant referee.
- The extra time, in minutes, shown on the televised broadcast.
- Information published on the websites listed in the official source table.
If the Outcome of this Bet cannot be confirmed by any of the above sources, the Bet will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
If there is a discrepancy between the time shown and the time actually played, the displayed time will be used to settle the Bet.
If the number of added minutes shown on the TV broadcast or the light board is later changed (increased or decreased), the Outcome will still be settled based on the originally displayed time.
- Calculation of Bets on the results of football matches (with the exception of the Bets “Which team will kick off the match” and “How many minutes the referee will add at the end of the match [full time]”) will be based on the official sites of the leagues indicated in the table.
-
A football match (scheduled for 90 minutes) that is interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours is considered valid if at least 70 minutes have been played.
Bets on the Outcomes of such matches that are definitively determined at the time of interruption and do not depend on the final result will be settled as usual. All remaining unsettled Bets will be voided and paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Ice Hockey
-
Unless otherwise specified, Bets on the Outcomes of ice hockey matches are settled based on the result at the end of regular time. An exception applies to the market “Winner of the match,” which includes the result of overtime and/or a shootout if played.
Outcomes determined in overtime or shootouts are not considered when settling Bets placed specifically on full-time results.
-
Bets on Who Will Win the Match
When calculating Bets on this Outcome, results established in overtime or shootouts are also counted.
There may be leagues and tournaments where, after a tie at the end of regular time, shootouts begin immediately without any overtime period. In accordance with the rules of the relevant league or tournament, overtime may also continue until one team scores a goal (sudden death).
If a match ends in a tie at full time and neither overtime nor shootouts take place, it may be officially declared a draw. In this scenario, if the Outcome “Winner of the match” is offered in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform, Bets on it will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
-
Bets on the Final Score in a Match
The offer is to select the exact score that will be recorded in the final match result from the possible options included in the Line.
-
Bets on the Points Accumulated by a Player
In ice hockey, a player’s point total includes the number of goals they score in the match and the number of assists (passes that directly lead to a goal) they make.
If multiple players participate in a goal-scoring play, each may be awarded a point for their contribution.
The calculation of Bets on player points is based on the official statistics published on the website of the relevant league or tournament.
-
Bets on the Number of Minor (Two-Minute) Penalties in the Match
When calculating Bets on this Outcome, it is not the number of minor penalties that is counted, but their total duration.
For example, if five minor penalties are recorded in a match – two by the first team and three by the second team – the calculation is based on total time. The first team is deemed to have incurred four minutes (2x2 min), and the second team six minutes (3x2 min).
-
Bets on the Number of Shots on Goal in the Match
The calculation of Bets on this Outcome is based on the official websites of the leagues or tournaments listed in the table, except for Bets on the points accumulated by a player.
- An ice hockey match that is interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours, or is not completed, is deemed to have been played if at least 50 minutes of play have occurred. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place. Bets on the Outcome “Winner of the game” for a match that is interrupted with a tied score and deemed to have been played will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one). In interrupted and abandoned matches, Outcomes that are conclusively established at the time of stoppage and do not depend on the final result will be settled accordingly. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Basketball
-
All Bets on basketball are settled including additional time (overtime), unless otherwise specified.
An exception applies to events where the Outcome “Tie” (X) is offered in the Line. In such cases, only the result at the end of regular time is used for settlement.
-
Basketball matches may also be played in the 3x3 format. Matches in this format last for 10 minutes, or until one of the teams scores 21 points.
For such matches, the organiser will indicate the format in the Line with a special mark. If, during a 3x3 match, only two players remain on one team (due to disqualification, injury, or voluntary exit), the match is interrupted and considered not to have been played. Outcomes that are conclusively established at the time of stoppage and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All other Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Tennis
-
The previously announced format of a tennis match may be changed before the match is played (for example, in a singles match, a super tie-break may be used instead of a deciding third set, or a five-set match may be shortened to three sets).
In such cases, Bets on Outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be settled according to the final result. All other Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
If, during a tennis match, one of the players (or one of the pairs) is disqualified, retires, or is otherwise unable to continue and the match is abandoned, Bets on the Outcomes of the match will be settled as follows:
- Bets, including those made on statistical data, whose Outcomes are definitively determined at the time of stoppage based on the match format will be deemed valid and settled.
- All other Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
If the deciding set in a tennis match is played as a super tie-break, the handicap and total for that set will be counted in points. For the purposes of handicap and total game Bets, the super tie-break is counted as one game. In other words, the set will end with a score of 1:0 or 0:1.
A tie-break played at the end of a set is also counted as one game. For example, a tie-break played in a set with a score of 6:6 is considered the 13th game of that set, which will end with a score of 7:6 or 6:7.
If one of the participants withdraws before the match begins, all Bets on Outcomes of that match will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
In team tournaments, when player names are listed under their respective team or country (e.g. Spain – Switzerland), and a player or pair is substituted (i.e. the previously announced player or pair for whom Bets were offered is replaced), all Bets on Outcomes of that match will remain valid.
-
Bets on Who Will Win the Next Point
The calculation of Bets on the results of tennis matches is based on the official websites of the tours and tournaments listed in the table.
- If the type of surface, venue, or name of a tournament is incorrectly indicated in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform, Bets on the Outcome of the match will remain valid.
- If a match is postponed or interrupted, Bets on its Outcomes will remain valid until the end of the tournament in which it is being held.
-
- Bets on Volleyball
- Handicaps and totals for volleyball matches are stated in points.
- Volleyball matches are played over three to five sets. The match is won by the team that wins three sets. Each set is won by the first team to reach 25 points (15 points in the fifth and final set), with a minimum lead of two points over the opponent. When the score reaches 24:24 (or 14:14 in the fifth set), play continues until one team achieves a two-point lead.
- In playoff rounds, if both teams win one match each with the same score (e.g. the first team wins 3:2 in the first match and the second team wins 3:2 in the return match), an additional Golden Set will be played. The Golden Set is won by the first team to reach 15 points, with the winner advancing to the next round. Results recorded in the Golden Set will not be included when calculating Bets on the Outcomes of the return match.
- Beach volleyball matches are played over two or three sets. The match is won by the team that wins two sets, and each set is won by the first team to reach 21 points (15 points in the third and final set), with a minimum lead of two points over the opponent. When the score reaches 20:20 (or 14:14 in the third set), play continues until one team achieves a two-point lead.
- In volleyball and beach volleyball matches, the format of the game may change during the match (e.g., a set originally scheduled to 25 points may be played to a different number of points). In such cases, the organiser will mark the match in the Line in advance to indicate that it is subject to format changes.
- Bets on Auto Racing
- The pace lap (formation lap) is included in the race result.
- If both drivers retire, the winner of the pair is the driver who completed the most laps.
- If a driver is classified, this means they are considered to have finished the race.
- Bets on Baseball
-
A baseball match is played over nine innings. When calculating Bets on the final result, Outcomes from any additional innings played after the ninth are also taken into account.
If the match ends in a tie and no additional innings are played, or if additional innings are played in accordance with tournament rules but the result remains a tie, Bets on Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
In accordance with the Mercy Rule, a baseball game may end early. In such cases, the match is considered to have been played, and all Bets are settled based on the result at the time of stoppage.
The Mercy Rule comes into effect when one team achieves a significant lead over the opponent. The size of the lead varies depending on the rules of the relevant league or tournament.
- If two matches featuring the same team are played on the same day, and Odds were offered for only one match in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform, the result of the first match will be used when settling Bets on the Outcomes of that match.
- In baseball matches, changes to the match format may occur during play (e.g. the game may be shortened to seven innings instead of nine). In such cases, the BEEF Sports Platform will mark the match in the Line in advance to indicate that it is subject to format changes.
- Settlement of Bets on the results of baseball matches is based on the official websites of the leagues indicated in the table.
-
A baseball match that is interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours, or is not completed, is deemed to have been played if at least five full innings were completed. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place.
If the match is interrupted with a tied score and is deemed to have been played, Bets on the Outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
In interrupted and abandoned matches, Outcomes that are conclusively established at the time of stoppage and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
Bets on the Outcomes of innings that were not played in an interrupted match deemed to have been played will also be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Snooker
- In the overall game, the handicap and total designate the number of frames, and in individual frames the number of points. According to the rules of snooker, a stalemate may occur in a frame, in which case the frame is played again at the referee’s discretion. In that case, Bets on that frame are calculated at Odds of 1 (one).
-
Bets on the Outcome of the current frame in snooker are settled according to the result of the replayed frame.
If the players do not agree with the referee’s decision to replay the frame, play continues. The player who disagrees will continue to play. If that player then misses three consecutive shots, the frame is awarded to their opponent. In this case, Bets on all Outcomes for the frame, including Win1 and Win2, will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
If the player who disagrees continues to play and makes successful shots, Bets on the frame remain valid and will be settled based on the final result.
- A century break is a score of 100 (one hundred) points or more achieved by a single player in one visit to the table without missing a shot. Points awarded to a player for fouls committed by their opponent are not counted towards a century break.
- All points awarded by the match referee are counted when settling Bets on the Outcomes of matches. In some cases, the referee may award victory to one of the players before the frame is completed (for example, when the referee proposes a solution to a situation and the player disagrees but then fails to perform the required alternative action). In such cases, the frame is deemed to have been played, and all Bets are settled according to the recorded result.
- If, for any reason, a frame is not played, all Bets on the Outcomes of that frame will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one). Bets on the remaining Outcomes are settled in accordance with the final result. For example, if one of the players is late to the start of the frame, the referee may award the frame to the other player and deem the frame to have been played. In such cases, Bets on the Outcomes of that frame will still be paid out at Odds of 1 (one). Bets may also be accepted on other possible Outcomes in snooker matches as offered in the Line by the organiser.
- Bets on Badminton
-
If, during a badminton match, one of the players (or pairs) is disqualified, retires, or is otherwise unable to continue and the match ends early, Bets on the Outcome of the match will be settled as follows:

- All other Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
- In badminton, Handicaps and Totals are calculated in points.
- If, before the start of the match, one of the players (or pairs) refuses to play, all Bets on the Outcomes of that match will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
- In team tournaments, when the names of the competitors are listed under their team or country (e.g. China – Indonesia), and a player (or pair) is substituted (i.e. the previously announced player or pair for whom Bets were offered is replaced), all Bets on the Outcomes of that match will remain valid.

However, matches may be played in alternative formats – 60-minute, 70-minute, or 80-minute games with two halves of 30, 35, or 40 minutes respectively – depending on the rules of the relevant league or tournament. For matches played in such formats, the BEEF Sports Platform will indicate the format in the Line with a special mark.

-
Depending on the rules of the darts league or tournament, the winner is the player who wins the greater number of legs or sets. A set is won by the player who wins more legs. The total number of points a player must score in their final turn to win a leg is called the “checkout”.

Ordinary time in water polo matches consists of 32 minutes of play (four periods of 8 minutes each). Bets on the Outcomes of water polo matches are accepted based on ordinary time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform. Results from extra time or via penalty shootouts are not considered when settling Bets on Outcomes for ordinary time.
Water polo matches may also be played in periods of five, six, seven, or eight minutes. If such a format is used, a special mark indicating this will appear in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform.
-
A water polo match that is interrupted and not resumed or completed within 24 hours is deemed not to have taken place.
In interrupted and abandoned matches, Outcomes that are conclusively determined at the time of stoppage and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Beach Football
-
Ordinary time in beach football matches consists of 36 minutes of play (three periods of 12 minutes each). Bets on the Outcomes of beach football matches are accepted based on ordinary time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform. Results from extra time or via nine-meter penalty shootouts are not considered when settling Bets on Outcomes for ordinary time.
If a beach football match is to be played in a different format, this will be indicated with a special mark in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform.
-
A beach football match that is interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours, or is not completed, is deemed to have been played if at least 30 minutes of play were completed. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place.
In interrupted and abandoned matches, Outcomes that are already conclusively determined at the time of stoppage and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Squash
-
Squash matches are played in either a best-of-three or best-of-five format. In the best-of-three format, the winner is the first player to win two games. In the best-of-five format, the winner is the first to win three games.
Each game is won by the first player to reach 11 points. If the score reaches 10:10, play continues until one of the players achieves a two-point lead.
Squash matches may be played in alternative formats. In such cases, the BEEF Sports Platform will display a special mark in the Line indicating the format of the match.
- A squash match that is interrupted and not resumed or completed within 24 hours is deemed not to have taken place. In interrupted and abandoned matches, Outcomes that are conclusively determined and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Futsal
-
Ordinary time in futsal (mini-football) matches consists of 40 minutes of play (two halves of 20 minutes each). Bets on the Outcomes of futsal matches are accepted based on ordinary time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform. Results from extra time or 6-meter penalty shootouts are not considered when settling Bets on Outcomes for ordinary time.
Futsal matches may also be played in a 50-minute format (two halves of 25 minutes), including matches in the Super League, the Russian Mini-Football Championship, and the Higher League of the Eastern Conference. In such cases, the organiser will indicate the format with a special mark in the Line.
-
A 40-minute futsal match that is interrupted and not resumed within 24 hours, or is not completed, is deemed to have been played if at least 32 minutes of play were completed. A 50-minute futsal match is deemed to have been played if at least 40 minutes were completed. In all other cases, the match is deemed not to have taken place.
In interrupted and abandoned matches, Outcomes that are conclusively determined at the time of stoppage and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Cricket
-
Cricket matches consist of one or two innings that are limited either by time or by the number of overs. Matches played with one innings per side are limited by a set number of overs – most commonly 20 or 50. Matches may also use a different fixed number of overs or innings. In such cases, the organiser will indicate the format with a special mark in the Line.
Matches played over two innings per side (Test cricket) are limited by time and may last up to five days. In such matches, the winning team must complete at least two innings in the field.
- The winner of a cricket match is the team that scores the greater number of runs. If the scores are equal, the match is declared a tie. In such cases, if the organiser did not offer the Outcome Tie in the Line, Bets on the Outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
- In matches where the originally scheduled number of overs is reduced due to weather or other external factors, all Bets will be settled based on the final result determined by the DLS method.
- If a limited-overs match in a knockout competition ends in a tie, a “Super Over” may be played to determine the winner. The result of the Super Over will not be considered when settling Bets on other Outcomes of the match, unless explicitly stated in the Line.
-
An innings in a cricket match is considered completed and eligible for settlement in any of the following scenarios:
- All batsmen have been dismissed (i.e. the batting side is all out).
- The captain of the batting team has declared the innings closed.
- The scheduled playing time for the match expires.
- The allotted number of overs has been completed.
- Bets may be offered on which team will be leading after the first six overs (or other specified number) of their innings. If the scores are tied at the specified point and the Outcome Tie was not offered in the Line, Bets on the Outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be settled at Odds of 1 (one).
- Bets on the results of cricket matches are settled based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments specified in the table.
-
All Bets on the Outcomes of a cricket match that is stopped due to weather or other external factors will be settled based on the information provided by the official website of the relevant league or competition.
If no official result is published within 24 hours of the stoppage, all Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one), except for those on Outcomes that were conclusively determined and do not depend on the final result of the match.
-
- Bets on Bowls
-
Standard bowls matches are played over two sets. Each set consists of a number of ends, which may vary depending on the format of the league or competition. A set is won by the player (or team) that scores the greatest number of shots (points awarded for balls that come to rest closer to the jack than any of the opponent’s balls).
The winner of the match is the player (or team) who wins 2 sets or 1,5 sets. Matches may also consist of a different number of sets, in which case the organiser will indicate the format with a special mark in the Line.
In some formats, the winner may instead be the first player (or team) to reach a designated number of shots, as defined by the rules of the league or competition.
If the match ends in a draw, a tie-breaker may be played to determine the winner. Results from the tie-breaker are included when settling Bets on the Outcomes of the match.
- Bets on the results of bowls matches are settled based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments specified in the table.
- If a bowls match has started but one of the players (or teams) is awarded victory prematurely – before all scheduled sets have been completed or due to other circumstances – and this outcome is recorded on the official website of the relevant league or tournament, then Bets on Outcomes that were already conclusively determined at the time of stoppage, as well as Bets on the Outcomes Win1 and Win2, will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
- A bowls match that is interrupted and not resumed or completed within 24 hours is deemed not to have taken place. In interrupted and abandoned matches, Outcomes that are already conclusively determined at the time of stoppage and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
- Bets on Esports
- Online esports matches are played between two teams. Depending on the format, each team may consist of one, two, three, or five players.
- Esports include the following types of online games: Counter-Strike 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Counter-Strike 1.6, Dota 2, Overwatch, Rainbow 6, Starcraft: Brood War, Starcraft 2, Valorant, Warcraft 3, Fortnite, Hearthstone, League of Legends, Rocket League, Arena of Valor, King of Glory, Quake, Call of Duty, Heroes of the Storm, Mortal Kombat, Smite.
- When settling Bets on an esports match, overtime is included unless explicitly excluded by the organiser in the Line, or unless otherwise stipulated by the official rules of the game.
- In online esports matches, if the result is a draw and the Outcomes Draw was not offered in the Line on the BEEF Sports Platform, all Bets on Outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
-
Online esports matches may consist of one or of several rounds (maps), as determined by the official rules of the game and the current stage of the league or competition. Matches are most commonly played in the following formats: Best-of-1, -2, -3, -5, -7, -9 or -11.
The winner of the match is the team that wins more rounds (maps) than their opponent.
- In a Best-of-1 format, one win is required.
- In Best-of-2 and Best-of-3 formats, two wins are required (a draw is possible in Best-of-2).
- In Best-of-5, three wins are required.
- In Best-of-7, four wins are required.
- In Best-of-9, five wins are required.
- In Best-of-11, six wins are required.
- During esports matches, the format may change. In such cases, the organiser will indicate the possibility of a format change in advance with a special mark in the Line (e.g. a change in the number of maps or rounds to be played). Bets will be settled based on the final result.
- In esports competitions, if a team enters the final round (playoff) with a one-point advantage, the final will begin with that team holding a one-map lead. In this case, the first map of the final round will be considered the first map actually played during the final.
- In esports, if a team changes its name for any reason, all previously placed Bets will remain valid.
- In esports matches, when settling Bets based on time (in minutes), all durations are rounded up to the next full minute. For example, if a Bet is placed on the first map to last less than 32 minutes, and the actual duration is 32 minutes and 12 seconds, the time is considered 33 minutes, and the Bet is settled as lost.
- Bets on the Outcomes of esports matches are settled based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments specified in the table. If official information is unavailable, video recordings of the match will be used as the basis for settlement.
- If a team (or player) is unable to participate in or continue the match for any reason – such as being late for the scheduled start time or facing technical or other issues – then Bets on all Outcomes that have been conclusively determined (based on the format of the match) will be deemed valid and settled. All other Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one), except in cases where, according to the rules, one of the teams officially forfeits the match.
- In esports, if a match is interrupted with the intention of being replayed, the results of the interrupted match will not be used to settle Bets, even if certain Outcomes were already determined. All Bets will be settled based on the results of the replayed match.
- If an interrupted match is not resumed within 24 hours, or if no official information is provided regarding its continuation, all Bets on the Outcomes of the match will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
- Bets on E-Football
- Bets on the Outcomes of e-football matches are accepted based on regular time, unless otherwise specified by the organiser in the Line. Matches are played in 2x7, 2x6, or 2x5 formats (two halves of seven, six, or five minutes), depending on the regulations of the league.
- The in-game time displayed on the scoreboard may not reflect real time. For example, in a 10-minute e-football match (2x5), the game clock will simulate 90 minutes within those 10 real-time minutes. Thus, in the eighth minute of real time, the in-game clock may display the 72nd minute.
- Bets on the Outcomes of e-football matches are settled based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments specified in the table. If official information is unavailable, video recordings of the match will be used as the basis for settlement.
- Interrupted streaming or visual issues caused by technical or other factors are not grounds for settling Bets at Odds of 1 (one).
- A technical victory or defeat recorded for any reason does not constitute a valid basis for settlement. In such cases, the match is considered void, and all Bets are settled at Odds of 1 (one).
- An e-football match that is interrupted for technical or other reasons, and not resumed or completed within 24 hours, will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on Outcomes that were conclusively determined at the time of interruption and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one). An e-football match is considered played only if it is completed in full.
- Bets on E-Basketball
- Bets on e-basketball include overtime unless otherwise stated. If the match ends in a tie and the Outcome Tie was not offered, all Bets on the Outcomes Win1 and Win2 will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
- E-basketball matches are played in 4x5 or 4x4 formats (four quarters of 5 or 4 minutes each). A 12-minute match uses the 4x5 format; a 10-minute match uses 4x4. The in-game clock does not reflect real time. For example, in a 16-minute match (4x4), the game clock simulates 40 minutes over 16 minutes of real time. Thus, in the real 12th real-time minute, the in-game time may display the 30th minute.
- Bets on the Outcomes of e-basketball matches are settled based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments specified in the table.
- An e-basketball game that is interrupted for technical or other reasons and not resumed or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on Outcomes that were conclusively determined at the time of interruption and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one). An e-basketball match is considered played only if it is completed in full.
- Bets on E-Hockey
- Bets on the Outcomes of e-hockey matches are accepted based on regular time. Matches are played in 3x4 or 3x5 formats (three periods of 4 or 5 minutes each). The in-game time displayed on the scoreboard does not reflect real time. For example, in a 12-minute match (3x4), the game clock simulates 60 minutes. Thus, in the fourth minute of real time, the in-game clock may display the 20th minute.
- Bets on the Outcomes of e-hockey matches are settled based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments specified in the table.
In such cases, the match is deemed not to have been played, and all Bets are settled at Odds of 1 (one).
- An e-hockey match that is interrupted for technical or other reasons and not resumed or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on Outcomes that were conclusively determined at the time of interruption and do not depend on the final result will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one). An e-hockey match is considered played only if it is completed in full.
- Bets on E-Tennis
- Bets on e-tennis are offered for matches played over three sets. Matches are played on clay, grass, or hard courts. Bets on Totals and Handicaps are calculated based on the number of games played. A tiebreak played at the end of a set is counted as one game. For example, a tiebreak at 6:6 is considered the 13th game of the set, and the set will conclude with a score of 7:6 or 6:7.
- Bets on the results of e-tennis matches are settled based on the official websites of the leagues and tournaments indicated in the table.
- Interrupted streaming or graphical issues caused by technical or other factors are not grounds for settling Bets at Odds of 1 (one).
- A technical victory or defeat recorded for any reason does not constitute a valid basis for settlement. In such cases, the match is deemed not to have been played, and all Bets are paid out at Odds of 1 (one).
- An e-tennis match that is interrupted for technical or other reasons and not resumed or completed within 24 hours will be deemed not to have been played. Bets on Outcomes that were conclusively determined at the time of interruption and do not depend on the final result (including Bets on statistical data) will be settled. All remaining Bets will be paid out at Odds of 1 (one). An e-tennis match is considered played only if it is completed in full.
-
Bets on Long-Term Events
“Long-term events” refer to Bets placed on the Outcome of competitions such as leagues, tournaments, stages of tournaments, musical contests, elections, awards, or other similar events.
Bets will be settled based on the official results as announced by the event organiser.
If a participant, team, or player does not take part in the event for any reason, all Bets on them will be deemed losing.
-
Other Bets
The BEEF Sports Platform may offer Bets on events not specifically covered in these Rules. In such cases, taking into account the unique nature of each event, the Outcome(s) and corresponding Odds will be defined in the Line.
-
Edit Bet
From time to time, it may be necessary to edit a Bet, add a new Bet, or substitute one Bet for a more suitable option. The unique Edit Bet option allows Clients to modify Single Bets and Accumulator Bets that have already been placed.
To edit a Bet, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your account history.
- Select the Edit Bet option next to the relevant Bet Slip.
- Make the desired changes to your Bet Slip.
- Confirm the changes.
When placing Bets, the Outcomes of events in Accumulator Bets that have not yet started (pre-match) can be replaced with Outcomes for either pre-match events or events that have already started (live).
The Odds on the replacement Outcome must, at the time of substitution, be equal to or greater than the Odds on the original Outcome being replaced.
For example, the following Accumulator Bet was placed:
Event Event
OutcomeOdds Real – Barcelona Win2 1,5 Juventus – Milan Win1 1,7 A Client may substitute any of the selected Outcomes with an Outcome from another event.
For example, the Client may substitute “Juventus – Milan, Win1 1,7” with “Inter M – Ajax, Win1 2,0”, provided that at that time of substitution, the organiser is offering Odds of 2,0 or lower on “Juventus – Milan, Win1”.
In that case, the Bet will appear as follows:
Event Event
OutcomeOdds Real – Barcelona Win2 1,5 Inter M – Ajax Win1 2,0 When the feature is active, and subject to the rules above, the number of permitted changes is unlimited.
Substituting one Outcome with another Outcome from the same event is not permitted.
A new Outcome may be added to an existing Bet Slip where permitted. Bets placed on pre-match or live events can be supplemented with additional Outcomes from either category. An exception applies if multiple Single Bets are placed on the same Bet Slip, in which case additional Outcomes may not be added.
When an Outcome is added to a Single Bet, that Bet is converted into an Accumulator Bet. The resulting Accumulator Bet is subject to the same rules and conditions that govern standard Accumulator Bets, as defined by the BEEF Sports Platform.
Example 1: Assume that the following Single Bet has been placed:
Event Event Outcome Odds Real – Barcelona Win2 1,5 The user may add the Outcome of another event to their existing Bet Slip (e.g. Juventus – Milan, Win1 1,7), thereby converting the original Single Bet into an Accumulator Bet.
Example 2: Assume that the following Accumulator Bet has been placed:
Event Event
OutcomeOdds Real – Barcelona Win2 1,5 Juventus – Milan Win1 1,7 The user may add the Outcome of another event to their Bet Slip (e.g. Bayer L – Mainz, Win1), thereby expanding their two-Outcome Accumulator into a three-Outcome Accumulator.
When adding the Outcome of a new event, there is no minimum Odds requirement for the newly added Outcome. The maximum number of Bets that may be added is determined by the limits established in these rules.
-
Accumulator Bet Generator
Using this function, you can specify the Stake amount you wish to place and the desired Winnings you aim to receive. You may then select a number of Outcomes, and the generator will automatically compile the corresponding Accumulator Bet.
-
Multiview
This feature allows you to move selected events into a separate tab and choose from those events the specific markets (Odds) that you want to place a Bet on.
-
Super Tip (Increased Odds)
This option allows Clients to place various types of Bets on different Outcomes at enhanced Odds. Current Super Tip offers can be found in the “Increased Odds” section on the main page of the BEEF Sports Platform.
To place a Bet using Super Tip Odds, the following conditions must be met:
- The Bet must be an Accumulator Bet.
- The Bet Slip must include at least four Bets (1 Super Tip Bet + 3 standard Bets or 2 Super Tip Bets + 2 standard Bets).
- No more than two Bets with Super Tip Odds are allowed on a single Bet Slip.
- If there are two Super Tip Bets, they must be from different Sports.
If any of these conditions are not met, the Bet will not be accepted and an error message will appear.

Introduction
You can receive bonuses or bonus funds either at the sign-up stage or after becoming a Client of the BEEF Sports Platform. You may opt out of receiving any or all bonuses at any time by contacting our customer support team
at [email protected], via online chat, or by updating your preferences through your player profile interface. It is your responsibility to review and understand the specific terms and conditions associated with each bonus. This section outlines the general rules for using sports betting bonuses on the BEEF Sports Platform. Please note that each bonus offer is governed by its own individual terms and conditions, which will be presented to you at the time you accept the bonus offer. - Annexes
- A bonus is an award granted by the BEEF Sports Platform. There are two types of bonuses: deposit bonuses (a percentage of a deposit) and no-deposit bonuses. When you receive a sports betting bonus, the bonus funds are only available for use on the BEEF Sports Platform. Winnings may only be withdrawn after all bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled. Bonus funds themselves become eligible for withdrawal only once the full wagering conditions have been met.
- The maximum winnings after wagering a bonus are individually defined for each sports betting bonus and are specified in the applicable bonus conditions.
- Not all Bets are counted towards wagering requirements. Further details are provided below.
- You should carefully read all the terms and conditions related to sports betting bonuses.
- Only one sports betting bonus may be used during a single promotional event, unless otherwise approved by the BEEF Sports Platform.
- Only one sports betting bonus can be active on your account at any given time.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to revise the value of weekly or individual bonus offers if it determines that a user is receiving a disproportionate number of bonuses relative to the amount deposited.
- Your Cash and Bonus Balance
- A bonus is considered a “free bet” and cannot be considered as a monetary equivalent. Redemption, conversion, transfer, or retransfer of bonuses is not permitted, except where set forth in these rules.
- By default, Bets on sports are made using real funds. If you wish to place a Bet using bonus funds, you must activate the corresponding toggle switch in the Bet Slip. The toggle will appear only if your Bet meets the conditions of the active bonus.
-
Sports Betting Bonus Types
The BEEF Sports Platform offers three types of sports betting bonus.
- Free Bet – a bonus whereby Bets placed by you are drawn from your bonus balance. If your Stake is settled as a win, only the net winnings (excluding the Stake) are credited to your cash balance. These winnings are available immediately and may be used at your discretion.
- Wagering Bonus – a bonus whereby Bets are placed using your bonus balance. All winnings from these Bets are credited to your bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled. The bonus amount itself is also non-withdrawable until wagering is complete. Once the bonus has been fully wagered, the total amount in your bonus balance will be transferred to your cash balance and may be used at your discretion.
- Real Wagering Bonus – a sports betting bonus where Bets placed by you are drawn from your cash balance. Winnings are credited directly to your cash balance. By using cash funds to place a Bet, you contribute towards meeting your bonus wagering requirements. You may also place Bets using your bonus balance; however, any winnings from such Bets will be credited to your bonus balance and do not count towards the wagering requirements. Once the bonus is fully wagered, the total amount remaining in your bonus balance is transferred to your cash balance and may be used at your discretion.
-
No-Deposit Sports Betting Bonus
- To receive a no-deposit sports betting bonus, the user must complete all required personal data fields in their player profile before the bonus is issued. If the profile is completed after receiving the no-deposit bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- If a Client repeatedly claims no-deposit bonuses across
the Company’s Platforms without making real-money deposits between claims,
the BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right
to require a deposit equal to the amount
of the wagered bonus funds available in the balance
at the time of the withdrawal request
(minimum deposit: 10 €, wager: 3X). If the user refuses to make a deposit, all no-deposit bonuses and any winnings derived from them, including those obtained from wagered bonus funds, will be forfeited. -
The maximum winnings gained after wagering a no-deposit bonus are 10X the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. If the amount of winnings exceeds the limit, it will be deducted from the balance once wagering requirements are met.
The maximum possible amount available for withdrawal after wagering a no-deposit bonus or winnings gained after wagering a no-deposit bonus are 10X the bonus amount unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Any amount which exceeds the said limits will be written off the balance.
To continue playing without limitations regarding the amount of winnings, you need to first withdraw the winnings gained from wagering a no-deposit bonus and then make another deposit.
- Only one Client per home address, IP address, device, phone number, or payment method (e.g. QIWI, Skrill, PAYEER, credit card, etc.) may receive a no-deposit bonus.
- Upon a withdrawal request involving funds derived from a no-deposit sports betting bonus, the BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to request identification documents to verify the account. Additionally, at the discretion of the administration, proof of residence (e.g. a utility bill issued within the last six months) may also be required.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to deny a no-deposit sports betting bonus to any Client whose total withdrawals exceed the sum of their deposits, either during the full account history or within the most recent calendar year.
- Sports Betting Bonus Wagering
- By activating a bonus, the Client automatically agrees to the terms and conditions associated with that bonus.
- To meet the wagering requirements of a sports betting bonus, it is sufficient to place Bets that comply with the applicable bonus conditions. The specific conditions for each bonus can be found in its description on the Website or by contacting our customer support team.
- If the Bet placed does not meet the bonus conditions, it will be deducted from the cash balance and will not count towards the bonus wagering requirement.
- Bonus wagering may be completed using funds from either the cash or bonus balance, depending on the type of active bonus.
-
When a bonus is active, you can choose which balance to use when placing a sports Bet.
For bonuses that are wagered using your bonus balance, any Bet placed from your cash balance will not count towards wagering, even if it meets the bonus conditions.
For bonuses that are wagered using your cash balance (Real Wagering Bonuses), any Bet placed from your bonus balance will not count towards wagering.
- A Bet counts towards the wagering requirements at the moment it is placed by the Client on the Website.
- All Bets placed using bonus funds are settled according to the bookmaker’s general rules of settlement.
- Bets settled at the Odds of 1 (refund), as well as Bets on which the “Cash Out” option was used, do not count towards wagering requirements.
- Funds credited to the user’s bonus balance may only be used to place Bets on sports or other events listed in the Live or Pre-match sections.
-
Sports betting bonuses are applied in the order in which they appear. A bonus becomes “active” once the first Bet is placed that meets its conditions, provided that any earlier bonus has already been marked as “wagered” or “cancelled” (see the classification and meaning of bonus statuses below).
4 Stages of Bonuses (Statuses)
- Active – a non-wagered bonus currently in use. The wagering requirements have not yet been fulfilled.
- New – a bonus credited to your account but not yet activated. This bonus is not available for withdrawal.
- Wagered – a bonus for which all the wagering requirements have been met. The associated funds will be transferred from your bonus balance to your cash balance and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Cancelled – a bonus that has been removed from your bonus
balance. All progress towards its wagering is void. You may
cancel a bonus manually via your account or by contacting
the customer support team.
The BEEF Sports Platform also reserves the right
to cancel or remove a bonus under the following
conditions:
a) The wagering requirements have not been fulfilled.
b) A withdrawal was made before the wagering was completed.
c) You have breached the Terms and Conditions.
If the remaining amount of an active bonus falls below the minimum Stake required for sports Bets, and no Bets placed with bonus funds are pending settlement, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
A bonus is considered wagered once all wagering requirements have been successfully fulfilled. No other sports betting bonuses may be activated until the status of the current bonus changes to “wagered” or “cancelled”.
- Withdrawal with an Active Bonus
- Funds deposited by you are used to place Bets. All winnings from Bets placed with your cash balance are credited to the cash balance and may be used at your discretion, regardless of whether they counted towards bonus wagering.
- Once a bonus has been fully wagered, the total funds in your bonus balance associated with that bonus will be transferred to your cash balance. These funds may then be withdrawn at any time.
- All winnings obtained during the wagering of a free bet sports betting bonus are credited to the cash balance and are available for withdrawal, regardless of the bonus status.
- Winnings obtained through a Wagering Bonus are only available after the bonus has been fully wagered and the bonus balance has been transferred to your cash balance.
- A Real Wagering Bonus may only be withdrawn after it has been wagered. This type of bonus can be wagered with any deposit, provided the bonus remains valid and has not expired.
- Withdrawals are only permitted once all of the above conditions have been met, including the successful submission of all required documents for identity verification.
- Sports Betting Bonus Abuse
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to monitor and review transactions and account activity at any time, at its sole discretion. If bonus abuse is detected as a result of such a review, any active or pending bonuses may be cancelled.
- If it is determined that a player is using a sports betting bonus or any other promotional reward solely to secure guaranteed profits through risk-free wagering strategies, the player may be excluded from current and future promotions.
- You must provide a valid, operational phone number during registration for identity verification purposes. Failure to verify your identity may restrict your ability to claim bonuses and could result in the suspension of your account.
- Each bonus is limited to one account per individual, household, residential address, IP address, computer, or device. If there is suspicion of rule violations, including the creation of duplicate or fake accounts or collusion between player groups, the BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to cancel all associated bonuses and winnings and to block the affected account(s).
- Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. If the BEEF Sports Platform detects behaviour deemed to be exploitative – including but not limited to, betting patterns designed to secure guaranteed profit – it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and void any associated winnings.
- The BEEF Sports Platform may implement verification procedures to confirm account ownership. Bonus crediting may be paused until the verification process is complete.
- Abusing affiliate or streamer raffles and giveaways to repeatedly obtain no-deposit sports betting bonuses constitutes fraud. Such actions will result in the cancellation of the most recent no-deposit bonus and forfeiture of any related winnings.
- The BEEF Sports Platform reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the rules and terms of bonus usage at any time. Players are responsible for regularly reviewing the bonus terms and conditions for changes.
